FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
To return an item you have received in error or something you might have ordered incorrectly please send an email to returns@sjsolutionsllc.com. Once we have received your email we will respond to you whether the item is returnable and if any restocking fee will apply.
We will offer any possibility to correct errors whether it be ours or yours, please keep in mind not all items will be returnable depending on what it is and availability of that product.
We do our best to keep all component stock updated to current stock levels.
Items marked as "Out of Stock" can always be backordered anytime. If the item is no longer available after backorder, an alternative item will be offered or a full refund to you if you prefer.
Orders can be shipped anywhere within the continental United States.
Please keep in mind, ALL serialized parts will require you to ship to a dealer with a current FFL for transfer.
All NFA items will need a Dealer that also has a SOT for sale of NFA items.
